1. Once you have decided you want or need a lawn care service the process begins by contacting Lawn Science by either email at https://www.lawnscience.com/lawn-care-quote/  and fill out the quote request form or you can call 860-642-9966 and talk to one of our help staff to start the process. Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday and from 8 am to 12 noon on Saturday.
2. Once we have all your contact and address information, we measure your address using google earth and very precise online measuring tools, we use town generated tax maps to identify the property borders.
3. We then generate a quote for your lawn base on that information. The quote will have 3 options to choose from, choice one is our very best program and most popular program our All American Lawn Care program, The next choice is our Premium Lawn care program and the last choice is our Basic Lawn Care program. I will out the differences between these three programs later in this blog.
4. About 1-3 days after you requested a lawn care quote, we will call you before we come to visit your property. You do NOT need to be home, if you are home, we can discuss the lawn at that time. If you are not home, we will discuss the quote and your lawn by phone after we visit your property.
5. After evaluating your lawn for challenges and needs, we leave your quote in a green bag either on the front or side door. The green bag has your quote and an information booklet. We have placed a self-addressed envelope to mail the contract back to us. We also placed a company magnet in the green bag with our phone number. 6. After you review the lawn care quote if you would like to sign up for a program you can either mail in a check using the self-addressed envelope or you can call into the office with a credit card and one of helpful team will help activate your program of choice.
